The Digital Mile & The Zaragoza City of Knowledge Foundation are the city’s two star projects. CILLERO & DE MOTTA’s team of interpreters, were put in charge of the ENGLISH version of the words of Juan Alberto Belloch, the city’s mayor, and of the SPANISH version of the experts’ presentation. The most important element of the project is the technical and human qualities of the committee members: William J.
